摘　　要：通过对中国天使投资组织进行调查,分析目前天使投资组织发展现状,探讨会员定位与运营管理间不协调、联合投资模式及其规则不清晰、组织活力和可持续发展能力不充足等问题。提出从提高运营管理能力、提升会员服务品质以及加强资源对接合作方面促进天使投资组织专业化发展,助力创新创业升级。Based on the survey of business angel organizations(BAOs)in China,this paper analyzes the current development status of BAOs.They mainly include three major problems:the incongruity between member positioning and operation&management,the unclear rules of co-investment model and the insufficiency of organizational vitality and sustainable development ability.In order to promote the professional development of BAOs and help upgrading mass innovation and entrepreneurship,we suggest improving the operation&management capabilities,enhancing the service quality of members and strengthening resource connecting and cooperation.
