摘  要:民国时期较为自由包容的转学转系制度是高等教育体系的重要特征之一。以清华大学为例,民国时期的清华在人才培养方面成效斐然,严谨规范而又灵活合理的转学转系制度功不可没,量化分析表明,相当比例的清华学生受益于转学转系制度。转学转系制度的良性运转一方面得益于以人为本的教育理念,另一方面也受制于当时高等教育资源分布不均、优质生源不足等现实因素。深入探究民国时期清华大学的转学转系制度,对我国当前的大学治理结构改革具有重要的借鉴意义。One of the most important characteristics of the higher education system in the period of the Republic of China is its comparatively free and inclusive inter-school and inter-discipline transferring mechanism.One of the reasons why Tsinghua University achieved so much in terms of talent training during this period was closely related to its both strict and flexible transferring system.Through a quantitative analysis,it can be observed that a number of Tsinghua students benefited from this system.On the one hand,the effective function of the transferring system benefited from the people-oriented educational ideas;on the other hand,it was also restricted by the reality that higher educational resources were distributed quite unevenly and there was a lack of high-quality students.Therefore,an in-depth study of the transferring system of Tsinghua University in this period has much significance to the current structural reform of university governance in China.
