摘　　要：我国工人阶级的主人翁地位是由我国法律规定的,是社会主义的本质要求,也是我们国家和民族发展进步的必然体现。在社会主义新时代,我国工人阶级的主人翁地位更需要在国家和社会建设、企业管理等方面进一步彰显。The status of the master of the working class in our country comes from the stipulation of our country’s law, is the essential requirement of socialism, is rooted in its class advancement, but also our country and national development and progress of the inevitable embodiment. In the new era of socialism, the master status of the working class needs to be further demonstrated in the aspects of national and social construction and enterprise management.
