摘　　要：构建服务职工体系是贯彻中央党的群团工作会议精神的重要措施,也是广大职工群众的深切期盼。为更好地服务职工、创新服务模式和不断完善工会服务体系建设,上海市卫生和健康发展研究中心对上海市卫生健康委直属单位、各级公立医院、部分社会办医机构和职工医院进行了调研,提出了提高工会干部队伍专业化水平、大力推广健康关爱项目、提升服务普惠力度和改进工会活动的内涵与形式等加强职工服务体系建设的措施。The construction of the worker service system is an important measure to carry out the spirit of the Party’s mass work conference, as well as the deep expectation of the broad masses of workers and employees. In order to further serve workers and employees, innovate the service mode and continuously improve the construction of the trade union service system, Shanghai Health Development Research Center conducted a survey in organizations including public hospitals at all levels, social medical institutions and workers’ clinics. It proposed to improve the professionalism of trade union cadres and vigorously promote health care projects to improve the service inclusiveness of labor unions, improve trade union activities and service system.
