摘　　要：高校工会干部作为党和国家联系高校教职工群众的桥梁和纽带,对于维护国家团结稳定,保障职工群众的合法利益起着不可替代的作用。新时代的高校工会干部应具备更加全面的素质以应对时代发展对工会干部提出的更高要求,不断提升政治素质、创新能力、业务能力和综合能力素质。As the bridge between the Party and universities, the trade union cadres of colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in maintaining the unity and stability of the country and safeguarding the legitimate interests of the workers. The trade union cadres in colleges and universities in the new era should have more comprehensive qualities to cope with the higher requirements put forward by the development of the times for trade union cadres, and constantly improve their political quality, innovation ability, professional ability and comprehensive ability.
