摘 要:在此以H6桥电路作为单相光伏储能逆变器中的网侧变换器,分析了H6桥变换器在逆变工况和整流工况下的电路工作模态,揭示了其共模漏电流的抑制机理,并在此基础上提出双向H6桥变换器的一致单极性调制方法,从而统一了H6桥变换器在能量双向流动时开关管的调制策略,并降低了开关管的损耗。给出双向H6桥变换器在逆变和整流工况下的双闭环控制方法,推导了相应的传递函数,分析了双向H6桥变换器基于直流母线电压稳定控制的能量双向流动原理,并给出了网侧变换器双闭环控制参数的整定方法。最后,搭建了单相光伏储能逆变器的仿真模型和实验样机,仿真和实验验证了H6桥电路原理分析和控制方法的正确性。H6-bridge converter is used as grid-side converter in single-phase photovoltaic energy storage inverters.Firstly,the operating modes of H6-bridge converter under inverting and rectifying conditions are analyzed,and principle of common-mode leakage current suppression is revealed.On this basis,a uniform unipolar modulation method of bidirectional H6-bridge converter is proposed,which unifies the modulation strategy of switches in H6-bridge converter when energy flows bidirectionally,and the modulation strategy can also reduce the loss of the switch.Then,the double closed-loop control method of bidirectional H6-bridge converter under inverting and rectifying conditions is presented,the corresponding transfer function is deduced,the energy bi-directional flow principle of bidirectional H6-bridge converter based on DC bus voltage stability control is revealed,the calculation method of double closed-loop control parameters of grid-side converter is given.Finally,the simulation model and experimental prototype of single-phase photovoltaic energy storage inverter are built.The simulation and experiment verify the correctness of the research method.
