摘 要:针对高功率密度的变换器开关频率正向兆赫兹频率移动,漏感的阻抗不断变大,若忽略变压器次级漏感,LLC谐振变换器会造成电压增益计算存在误差,影响转换效率。在此利用基波分析法(FHA)得到谐振腔的交流等效电路,为了保证高频LLC在软开关区(感性区域)工作,提出了将谐振腔的k-Q关系等式设计准则作为设计指导。此外,在谐振腔参数设计时,为了在输入电压范围内获得高的效率,提出了高频LLC谐振变换器保证高功率因数k的设计准则。最后,制作了一个240 W的LLC谐振变换器样机,在400 kHz的开关频率下进行了实验验证。验证了所提谐振腔设计准则的有效性。As converter switching frequencies are moving toward megahertz frequencies for high power density,the impedance of the leakage inductance increases continuously.If he sencondary leakge inductance of transformer is neglected,LLC resonant converter will cause the voltage gain calculation error,and affect the conversion efficiency.Using the fundamental wave analysis method(FHA) get resonator equivalent circuit of communication,in order to ensure the high frequency LLC in soft switch work area(inductive area),the design criterion of k-Q of resonant tank equation is put forward as a guide for design.In addition,in order to obtain high efficiency within the input voltage range,a k design criterion of high frequency LLC resonant converter to ensure high power factor is proposed.Finally,a 240 W LLC resonant converter prototype is simulated and manufactured for experimental verification at 400 kHz switching frequency.The validity of the proposed resonant tank design criteria is verified.
