摘 要:针对配电台区广泛存在的三相负荷不平衡问题,为保证并网电流波形的正弦度以及电能输出质量,这里提出一种配电台区三相不平衡治理控制策略,通过在配电变压器用户侧就地接入三相四线中点箝位型(NPC)三电平拓扑结构的不平衡治理装置,采集用户侧负荷电流信息,并利用对称分量法和叠加原理进行配电台区不平衡电流中的负序/零序电流补偿,保证配电台区负荷不平衡条件下并网电流的对称性。仿真和实验结果验证了该控制策略能有效抑制由不平衡负荷引起的入网电流畸变,获得高质量的并网电流波形。For the widely existence of three-phase unbalanced load in distribution area,in order to ensure the sinusoidal of the grid-connected current waveform and the quality of the power output,a control strategy for three-phase unbalanced load in distribution area is proposed.The unbalanced management device with three-phase four-wire neutral point clamped(NPC) three-level topology is installed to the user side of the distribution transformer,collects user side load current information.The symmetrical component method and the superposition principle are used to perform the negative sequence/zero sequence current compensation in the unbalanced current of the distribution area,ensure the symmetry of the grid-connected current in the unbalanced load condition.The effectiveness of proposed control strategy to reduce the current distortion under the unbalanced loads is verified by simulation and experimental results.
