摘  要:与直流高压除尘相比,高压脉冲除尘具有更强的荷电能力且能降低能耗。设计了高压脉冲电源的拓扑电路,并据此实现了一套基于半导体开关的高压脉冲电源,该脉冲电源波形完整且幅值、频率、脉宽均可调节。但该高压脉冲电源脉宽调节困难,据此提出了一种改进的调节脉冲电源脉宽的方案,该方案经测试简单易行。将其应用于高压脉冲除尘系统,基于此开展了幅值、频率对气体颗粒物去除率影响的研究。研究结果表明:相同频率下,脉冲电压峰值越高,PM10和PM2.5去除率越明显。相同脉冲电压峰值时,在20~100 Hz范围内,脉冲频率越高,PM10和PM2.5去除率越明显。当脉冲电压峰值为12 kV,频率为120 Hz时,去除率超过96%。Compared with the dust removal using direct current high voltage,the dust removal using high voltage pulse has stronger charge capacity and lower energy consumption.The topological circuit of high voltage pulse power supply is designed,and a set of high voltage pulse power supply is realized by semiconductor switch according to the topological circuit.The pulse power waveform is complete and the amplitude,frequency and pulse width can be adjusted.However,it is difficult to adjust the pulse width of the high voltage pulse power supply in practice.Hence,an improved scheme of adjusting the pulse width is proposed.The scheme is simple and feasible.lt is applied to the dust removal system.Based on this,the influence of amplitude and frequency on the removal rate of gas particles are studied.The results show that the removal rate of PM10 and PM2.5 increase with the pulse voltage amplitude at the same frequency,and increase with the pulse voltage frequency at the same pulse voltage amplitude in the range of 20-100 Hz.When the pulse voltage peak is 12 kV and the frequency is 120 Hz,the removal rate exceeds 96%.
