摘 要:电网建设、运维及安全管理规定不同于新能源电厂,电池储能电站的引入,需对包括调试、运维在内的全过程进行梳理和掌控。着眼于电池储能站在新能源领域较少开展的对拖试验,在架构解剖、原理分析基础上,深入分析基于半隔离型双向变流器电池储能站的对拖试验方法、流程及机理,并研究解决对拖试验的试验效率、行为特质动态衡量系统(PDP)保护动作、群控功能验证等关键问题,以期对相关从业人员和工程应用提供有益参考。The regulations of power grid construction,operation and maintenance and safety management are different from those of new energy power plants.The introduction of battery energy storage power plants requires sorting out and controlling the whole process including commissioning,operation and maintenance.Now focuses on the back to back test of battery energy storage station,which is seldom carried out in the field of new energy.On the basis of structure anatomy and principle analysis,back to back test method,process and mechanism of battery energy storage station based on semiisolated bidirectional converter are deeply analyzed,and the efficiency of back to back test,professional dyna-metric programs(PDP) protection action and group control of the back to back test are studied and solved.Functional verification and other key issues are expected to provide useful reference for relevant practitioners and engineering applications.
