摘  要:在光伏微电网发电系统中,由于光伏发电的负载突变等因素影响,使得光伏发电的电压、电流极其不稳定,从而对用户端造成严重影响。提出一种结合不平衡电压和故障电流的控制方法,其中电压控制是通过一次控制进行功率计算和下垂控制,来对光伏微电网的输出电压和频率进行分配,通过二次控制的标准判断进而消除电压幅值和频率的偏差;对故障电流的控制,通过在二次控制中加入对故障电流的判断,如果故障电流超过额定电流的两倍,则切换到故障电流限制器(FCL)进行控制,以此始终保障故障电流在额定电流的两倍范围内进行工作。最后通过仿真和实验证明了所提方法的合理性。In the photovoltaic microgrid power generation system,the voltage,current and instability of photovoltaic power generation are caused by the sudden change of load of photovoltaic power generation which has a serious impact on users.A control method is presented combining unbalanced voltage and fault current.Voltage control distributes the output voltage and frequency of photovoltaic microgrid by power calculation and sag control through primary control and eliminates the deviation of voltage amplitude and frequency by standard judgement of secondary control.For fault current control,the reason is added to secondary control.If the fault current exceeds twice the rated current,the fault current limiter(FCL) is switched to control the fault current,so that the fault current can always work within twice the rated current.Finally,the rationality of the proposed method is proved by simulation and experiment.
