摘  要:在电力电子变压器应用中,高频变压器漏感对所连接变换器的电压、电流应力及整个装置的性能具有重要影响,因此准确计算与设计高频变压器的漏感显得尤为重要。为了更准确地计算高频变压器漏感,此处考虑高频变压器实际绕线工艺,提出一种新的漏感解析方法,该方法结合了理论解析计算和实际高频变压器绕线结构,通过有限元仿真和实测,验证了该计算方法的有效性。在此分析了频率变化对漏感的影响,可将计算过程进一步简化,节省计算时间。研究了绕组匝数、绕组高度以及高低压绕组之间的绝缘距离等因素对高频变压器漏感的影响,为高频变压器优化设计提供理论依据。In the application of power electronic transformer,the leakage inductance of high frequency transformer has an important influence on the voltage stress and current stress and the performance of the whole device of the connected converter,so it is particularly important to calculate and design the leakage inductance of high frequency transformer accurately.In order to calculate the leakage inductance of high frequency transformer more accurately,a new analytical method for leakage inductance of high frequency transformer is proposed by considering the actual winding technology.This method combines the theoretical analysis computation with the actual winding structure of high frequency transformer.The validity of the method is verified by finite element simulation and actual measurement.The influence of frequency change on leakage inductance is analyzed.The influence of winding number,winding height and insulation distance between high and low voltage winding on leakage inductance of high frequency transformer is studied,which provides theoretical basis for optimal design of high frequency transformer.
