摘 要:对于二极管中点箝位(NPC)型三电平变流器存在的中点电位不平衡问题,通过分析引起中点电位波动的原理,优化传统虚拟空间矢量脉宽调制(VSVPWM)算法,提出一种带调节因子的虚拟空间矢量中点电位平衡控制算法。该算法重新优化了分区,减少了计算量,引入一个中点电压调节因子,利用合成矢量对中点电位的影响,依据中点电流的流向对调节因子进行微调。该算法通过一种滞环控制的方式对中点电位进行补偿控制。仿真与实验结果表明,基于该算法的中点电位补偿控制,具有良好的中点电位平衡效果。For the neutral-point potential imbalance problem of diode neutral point clamp(NPC)type three-level converter,the traditional virtual space vector pulse width modulation(VSVPWM)algorithm is optimized by analyzing the principle of causing the neutral-point potential fluctuation,and a new virtual space vector control algorithm with regulator for balancing the neutral-point voltage is proposed.The algorithm reoptimizes the sector partition,reduces the amount of calculation,introduces a neutral-point voltage adjustment factor,and uses the influence of the synthetic vector on the neutral-point potential to fine tune the adjustment factor according to the flow direction of the neutralpoint current.The algorithm compensates the neutral-point potential by a hysteresis control method.The simulation and experimental results show that the neutral-point potential compensation control based on this algorithm has a good neutral-point potential balance effect.
