摘  要:针对新能源系统需要高电压增益的DC/DC变换器的问题,研究了一种新型Buck-Boost变换器(NBBC)。此变换器在占空比小于0.333时,工作在降压模式;在占空比大于0.333而小于0.5时,工作在升压模式,且能够实现高电压增益。NBBC的输入、输出电流是连续的,简化了滤波电路设计。这里在连续导通模式(CCM)下分析了NBBC工作的升降压原理,计算了各项稳态性能,基于状态空间平均法给出了用于控制器设计的小信号交流等效电路,并说明了此变换器工作模式的边界条件,比较了NBBC和不同变换器的电压增益大小。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了NBBC升降压的可行性。实验中的输入、输出电流波形说明了电流的连续性,通过扰动实验验证了闭环控制设计的有效性。A novel Buck-Boost converter(NBBC)is studied for the problem that the new energy system needs to use a high voltage gain DC/DC converter.This converter operates in Buck mode when the duty ratio is less than 0.333.It operates in Boost mode when the duty ratio is greater than 0.333 and less than 0.5,and can achieve high voltage gain.Input and output current of NBBC is continuous,the filter circuit design is simplified.The principle of Buck-Boost of NBBC operation is analyzed in continuous conduction mode(CCM),and various steady-state performances are calculated.The small-signal AC equivalent circuit for controller design is given based on state space averaging method.The boundary conditions of the converter*s operating mode are derived.Comparisons of voltage gain between NBBC and different converters are given.Finally,the feasibility of NBBC Buck-Boost is verified by simulation and experiment.The input and output current waveforms in the experimental illustrate the continuity of the current.The effectiveness of closed-loop control design is verified by disturbance experiments.
