社区护理干预提高糖尿病患者遵医率和血糖控制的效果

摘　　要：目的对提升糖尿病患者遵医率和血糖控制中应用社区护理干预的效果进行分析。方法选择我院近一年来收治的98例糖尿病患者进行研究,并均分为对照组和研究组,分别实施常规护理和社区护理干预,对两组患者遵医率和血糖效果进行对比。结果研究组患者遵医率明显比对照组高;通过有效护理,两组患者2hPG、HbAlc、FBG指标改善比较显著,而且研究组患者比对照组更加明显,差异统计学意义明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预在糖尿病患者中的合理应用,可使其遵医率显著提升,并对患者血糖情况进行有效的控制,可以进一步推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effect of community nursing intervention in improving the compliance rate of diabetic patients and blood sugar control.Methods 98 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital in the past year were selected for research,and were divided into control group and research group.Routine nursing and community nursing intervention were implemented respectively,and compliance rate and blood sugar effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The compliance rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Through effective nursing,the indexes of 2hPG,HbAlc and FBG in the two groups of patients were improved significantly,and the patients in the study group were more obvious than those in the control group,with significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable application of community nursing intervention in diabetic patients can significantly improve their compliance rate and effectively control the blood sugar status of patients,which can be further promoted and applied.
