摘　　要：目的探讨PICCO监测技术在冠心病重症心衰患者容量管理中的应用效果及护理方法。方法通过PICCO监测技术在CCU冠心病重症心衰患者容量管理中的应用,总结探索最简便有效的护理方法,包括置管的配合、测量时的注意事项以及日常的导管维护。结果患者通过早期采用了PICCO技术监测,并采取了相应的护理措施,均未出现并发症,及时判断出患者心功能状态,准确指导血管活性药物以及利尿剂的应用,有效控制液体出入量,最终提高疗效,减轻病痛。结论对冠心病重症心衰患者早期进行PICCO技术监测,以及做好导管的护理和测量的有效配合,既能保证数据的准确性,又能对患者进行更准确的血流动力学监测,尽早进行循环系统支持治疗,挽救患者生命。Objective To explore the application effect and nursing method of PICCO monitoring technology in volume management of patients with coronary heart disease and severe heart failure.Methods Through the application of PICCO monitoring technology in capacity management of CCU patients with coronary heart disease and severe heart failure,summarized and explored the most simple and effective nursing methods,including the cooperation of catheterization,the matters needing attention in measurement and daily catheter maintenance.Result The patients were monitored by PICCO technology in the early stage,and the corresponding nursing measures were taken.No complications occurred.The patients’cardiac function status was judged in time,the application of vasoactive drugs and diuretics was guided accurately,the amount of liquid in and out was controlled reasonably,and the curative effect was improved and the pain was alleviated.Conclusion Early PICCO monitoring and effective cooperation of catheter nursing and measurement can not only ensure the accuracy of data,but also provide more accurate hemodynamic monitoring for patients with coronary heart disease and severe heart failure.Early symptomatic support treatment of circulatory system can save patients’lives.
