关于社区高血压管理中社区护士的角色功能及实施路径研究

摘　　要：目的对社区高血压管理中社区护士的角色职责和实施路径进行探讨。方法选择某社区服务中心15名护士为研究组,在2018年7月~2019年6月对高血压管理实施工作路径和流程干预;以同一街道的另外一个卫生服务中心的14名护士为对照组,对于实施常规的高血压护理管理。在干预前后分别抽取社区高血压病人50例,和医护人员20例,对两组护士对自身角色的认知、社区高血压管理质量和护理满意度进行评估。结果两组干预后护士对角色、角色功能认知评分、高血压管理数量和质量都比干预前高,且研究组评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组病人对护理满意度比对照组显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区高血压管理中社区护士的工作流程和路径进行明确可使护士对角色功能认识状况得到有效提升,社区高血压管理数量、质量和护理满意度也会因此提升,对社区高血压管理具有较大的促进作用。Objective To explore the roles and responsibilities of community nurses in community hypertension management and the implementation path.METHODS Fifteen nurses from a community service center were selected as the study group,and the routine nursing management of hypertension was implemented from July 2018 to June 2019.Fourteen nurses from another health service center on the same street were selected as the control group.Before and after the intervention,50 patients with hypertension in the community and 20 nurses were selected to evaluate the nurses’perception of their roles,the quality of community hypertension management and nursing satisfaction.Results Nurses’perception of role,role function,quantity and quality of hypertension management in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);patients’satisfaction with nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To clarify the work flow and path of community nurses in community hypertension management can effectively improve nurses’understanding of the role and function,and the quantity,quality and satisfaction of community hypertension management will also be improved,which has a greater role in promoting community hypertension management.
