冠心病心力衰竭采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗方式观察临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者接受阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床疗效。方法采用随机方法将2017年我院诊治的94例冠心病患者分为2组,对照组使用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗后2组患者的临床指标均明显改善,观察组的改善幅度更大,对比差异性显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗的总有效率为95.7%,显著高于对照组的76.6%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪用于冠心病治疗的效果良好,可明显降低患者的血脂水平,减轻心绞痛,强化心功能,可临床采纳和推广。objective To investigate the clinical effect of Atto vastatin combined with trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 94 patients with coronary heart disease in 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Atto vastatin and the observation group was treated with Atto vastatin combined with trimetazidine.Results The clinical indexes of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.7 g,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.6 g).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.P<0.05.Conclusion Atto vastatin combined with trimetazidine is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease.It can obviously reduce the level of blood lipid,alleviate angina pectoris,strengthen cardiac function,and can be adopted and popularized clinically.
