100例永久起搏器置入术并发症的相关因素分析及防治对策

摘　　要：目的探讨分析100例永久起搏器置入术并发症的相关因素以及防治的对策。方法选取了2017年~2019年患者因置入起搏器术后并发症的因素进行分析,及时处理保证患者的安全。结果在100例置入起搏器的患者中,有7例患者出现了皮囊出血,3例患者出现了起搏器的电极导线脱位,6例患者起搏器囊袋感染,4例患者出现起搏器综合征。结论对患者出现并发症的原因进行分析,及时采取相应的对策,在患者术前要重视预防,规范术中的操作流程,及时发现并且要及时的处理,可有效的减少并发症的产生。Objective To analyze the related factors of the complications of permanent pacemaker placement and the countermeasures.Methods Patients with complications after pacemaker implantation were analyzed from 2017 to 2019,and their safety was ensured by timely treatment.Results Among the 100 patients with pacemaker implantation,7 patients had skin follicle hemorrhage,3 patients had electrode wire dislocation of pacemaker,6 patients had pacemaker bag infection,and 4 patients had pacemaker syndrome.Conclusion The causes of complications in patients are analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures are taken in time,the prevention should be taken before the operation of the patient,the operation flow in the operation should be standardized,and the timely discovery and timely treatment can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
