游走罐结合中药沙袋热敷治疗更年期妇女气血虚寒痹证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨游走罐结合中药沙袋热敷治疗更年期妇女气血虚寒痹证的临床疗效。方法选取我院2018年10月~2020年02月治未病中心中医护理特色门诊接受治疗的以脊背冷痛、活动受限等为主诉的更年期气血虚寒痹证女性患者120例,,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用每天一次的中药沙袋热敷治疗方法,观察组采用游走罐治结合中药沙袋热敷中医护理技术,中药热敷同对照组,结合游走罐治疗,每周2次。干预4周,对比两组患者脊背冷痛NRS评分、情绪焦虑程度评价SAS评分及临床疗效。结果干预第2周起,观察组后背冷痛NRS评分均明显低于对照组,干预4周后观察组情绪焦虑SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效评价明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)(x2=25.094,P<0.05)。结论游走罐结合中药沙袋热敷中医护理技术应用,可明显缓解寒痹证患者后背冷痛症状,患者背部活动度明显改善,情绪焦虑明显减轻,操作简便、快捷有效,临床疗效确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect of walking cans combined with traditional Chinese medicine sandbag hot compress in treating menopausal women with qi and blood deficiency and cold syndrome.Methods 120 female patients with menopausal qi and blood deficiency and cold syndrome were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 in the TCM Nursing Speciality Outpatient Center of the Center for Treatment of Diseases.They were mainly treated with cold back pain and limited movement.They were divided into control group and observation group of 60 cases each.The control group was treated with a traditional Chinese medicine sandbag hot pack once a day,and the observation group was treated with a walking pot therapy combined with a traditional Chinese medicine sandbag hot compress nursing technique.The traditional Chinese medicine hot pack was treated with the control group and combined with a walking can therapy twice a week.After 4 weeks of intervention,the two groups of patients with cold back pain NRS score,emotional anxiety degree evaluation SAS score and clinical efficacy were compared.Results From the second week of intervention,the NRS scores of back pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the SAS score of emotional anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 4 weeks of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(x2=25.094,P<0.05).Conclusion The walking tank combined with the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology with Chinese medicine sandbag hot compress can obviously alleviate the symptoms of cold back pain in patients with cold syndrome,significantly improve the back mobility of the patient,significantly reduce emotional anxiety,simple,fast and effective operation,and the clinical effect is accurate.
