摘　　要：社区文化体育类设施与居民生活密切相关,直接决定其配套标准的是《城市居住区规划设计标准》(以下简称《标准》)。通过对桂林市居住区文化体育类设施配建现状及居民满意度调查发现,《标准》规定的文化体育类设施配建落实与满意度不高。为了更好地指导居住区文化体育类设施适宜的配套建设,梳理了《标准》的发展历程,对比分析了不同版本《标准》的配套标准,探究了新版标准文化体育类配置标准的适应性与桂林市发展趋势的匹配度及满足居民需求的情况,发现2018版《标准》与桂林市居住区市场开发现状和居民需求在规模分级、项目设置等存在一定的不匹配度,从分级结构、配套标准具体量化与细化、设施的公益性配置与动态的管理机制等层面提出合理性优化策略。In residents life, the community-based cultural and sporting amenities are directly determined by the Code of Urban Residential Areas Planning & Design(the Code). A survey into the status quo and resident satisfaction for the community-based amenities in Guilin shows that these amenities are not satisfied. For better guidance to the installation of such amenities, this study looks into the history of the Code, compares the standards in different editions and explores whether the adaptability of the latest edition fits into the development of Guilin and satisfies the residents. Based on the findings, the latest edition partly fails to match the status quo of Guilin’s community-based market development and residential needs in terms of size classification and project setting. The strategies for optimizing these amenities are proposed from such aspects as the classification structure, the quantization and detailing of standards, the public configuration of amenities and the dynamic management mechanism.
