摘　　要：专利资产证券化能高度实现专利的经济价值,促进技术成果转化,破解科创企业融资难融资贵难题。本文通过分析广州开发区发行设立我国首个纯专利资产证券化产品的经验,结合我国科创企业发展面临的融资、成果转化痛点,分析专利资产证券化的创新价值和意义,探讨专利资产证券化面临的挑战,并在此基础上提出推进专利资产证券化的发展建议。Patent asset securitization can maximize the economic value of patents,promote the commercial transformation of technological achievements,and solve the difficult problem of financing for science and technology enterprises.This article analyzes the experience of issuing and establishing China's first purely patented asset securitization product in the Guangzhou Development Zone,examining the financing and technological difficulties faced by the companies involved.It assesses the innovation value and significance of patent asset securitization and discusses patent asset securitization.It also offers suggestions for the future development of patent asset securitization.
