摘　　要：互联网时代,舆论的影响愈发强大,舆论传播的时效性显著提升,舆论传播度覆盖面明显扩大,舆论传播的主体多元化趋势愈发强烈,相应地对政府领导干部舆情应对能力的要求也日渐增高。当前,我国领导干部的舆情应对能力在互联网时代大背景下,因社会网络氛围的影响和自身意识的提升,已经有了初步的提高,但是与当前舆情瞬息万变的趋势还有一定的差距。本文在简要概括领导干部掌握舆情应对能力的重要意义的基础上,分析当前领导干部应对舆情的主要能力短板,并提出了相应的提升路径。In the Internet era,the influence of public opinion is increasingly powerful.The timeliness of public opinion communication is significantly improved and the coverage is obviously expanded.The multi-subject trend of public opinion communication is increasingly apparent.Accordingly,the requirement on leading cadres’capability of dealing with public opinion is also increasing.At present,under the background of Internet era,Chinese leading cadres’capability of dealing with public opinion has preliminarily improved due to the influence of social network atmosphere and the improvement of their own consciousness.However,there still exists a certain gap between the leading cadres’capability of dealing with public opinion and the constantly changing trend of public opinion.Based on a brief summary of the importance of leading cadres’capability of dealing with public opinion,this paper analyzes the leading cadres’inadequate capability and puts forward the improving path.
