摘　　要：近年来日本公共财政始终入不敷出,因此随着债务缺口的增大国债发行规模也不断扩大,国债规模的扩大在一定程度上有利于公共事业的建设以及国内经济发展的需要,但是大规模的国债发行也存在着高额债务风险,对日本经济的发展有一定的阻碍作用。从日本国债总体规模及现状入手,通过比较国际债务结构,探究日本高额债务风险的具体情况以及对日本国内经济的影响,试图提出避免债务危机的相关措施,同时给我国一定启示。In recent years,Japan’s public finances have been unable to make ends meet.Therefore,as the debt gap increases,the scale of national debt issuance is also expanding.The expansion of national debt is beneficial to the construction of public utilities and the needs of economic development to a certain extent.However,there is also a huge debt risk in the issuance of national debt on a large scale,which is a certain hindrance to the development of Japanese economy.This paper starts with the overall scale and current situation of Japan’s national debt,compares the international debt structure,explores the specific situation of Japan’s high debt risk and its impact on Japanese economy,and tries to give some implications for China.
