政治机会结构视域下大学生网络政治参与优化研究

摘　　要：政治机会结构是决定公民政治参与行为的关键变量,政治机会结构理论是透视大学生网络政治参与行为的重要视角。一方面,改革开放以来我国政治机会结构的改善,为大学生网络政治参与提供了更多的参与渠道和盟友,带来了更多的政治思想资源和宽松氛围,促进了大学生网络政治参与的发展。另一方面,我国政治机会结构存在的局限,又使大学生网络政治参与行为存在广度和深度不够、具有一定盲目性和非制度化等问题。为推进大学生网络政治参与健康有序发展,需要从提高网络政治参与渠道的效能,加强对大学生网络政治参与行为的专业化指导,增进政治思想整合和构建法治化规制体系等方面优化政治机会结构。Opportunity is the key variable of citizen's political participation action and it provide and important perspective for studying college students'internet political participation.On the one hand,the improvement of Chinese political opportunity promoted the development of college students'political because it provided them more allies,political thought resources and relaxed atmosphere;on the other hand,the limitation of political opportunity limited the depth and width of political participation and lead to the questions of blindness and non-institutionalization.If we want to promote college students political participation we should raise the efficiency of political participation channel and provide specialized guidance for college students and at the same time strengthen the integration of political thought and legal regulation system so as to optimize the political opportunity structure.
