摘  要:用于测量导线或电缆上的电磁干扰的电流检测探头,是电磁兼容测量的检测设备。基于电流检测方式,介绍了工作原理,分析了电流检测探头对被测电路的影响,表明电流检测探头在反射阻抗、磁芯饱和、电源频率调制特性等方面对被测电路可能产生影响。以传输阻抗、最大电源电流、最大RF连续波电流、探头屏蔽性能四种主要性能指标为例,创新提出了电流检测探头的性能测量方法。后续还应推进对最大脉冲电流、驻波、输出负载阻抗、工作温度、磁芯温度等性能指标的测量方法研究。The current detection probe used to measure the electromagnetic interference on the wire or cable is the detection equipment for the electromagnetic compatibility measurement.Introduced is the working principle based on the detection method,analyzed are the influences of the current detection probe on the circuit under test,indicating that the current detection probe may have influence on the circuit under test in the aspects such as reflection impedance,magnetic core saturation,power frequency modulation characteristics,etc.Taking the 4 main performance indexes,namely,the transmission impedance,maximum power supply current,maximum RF continuous wave current and probe shielding performance as examples,innovatively put forward are the performance measurement methods of the current detection probe.In the future,the research on the measurement methods of other performance indexes such as the maximum pulse current,standing wave,output load impedance,working temperature and core temperature should also be promoted.
