摘  要:针对近年来矿用红外热像仪市场不断扩大而检验规范相对缺失所造成的产品质量良莠不齐现象,通过采用理论与相关测试经验相结合的方法,分析了目前矿用红外热像仪在煤矿井下应用情况,介绍了NETD (噪声等效温差)、MRTD (最小可分辨温差)、模拟环境成像性能、测温一致性、温度漂移、允许误差、连续稳定工作时间等主要性能指标的基本概念及具体要求,详细阐述了主要技术指标相应的检验测试方法,为矿用红外热像仪的研制、生产、检验及煤矿行业标准的制定提供了可靠的理论依据和技术支撑。Aiming at the phenomenon of uneven product quality caused by the expanding market of mining infrared cameras in recent years and the relative lack of inspection specifications,by using the combination of theory and relevant testing experience,the current application of mining infrared thermal imaging cameras in coal mines is analyzed,then the basic concepts and specific requirements of main performance indicators such as NETD,MRTD,imaging environment simulation performance,temperature measurement consistency,temperature drift,allowable error,and continuous and stable working time are introduced,at last the corresponding inspection and testing methods of the main technical indicators are explained in detail,which provides a reliable theoretical basis and development for the development,production,inspection of coal mine infrared cameras and the formulation of coal industry standards Technical Support.
