摘  要:重水堆核电站机组共8台堆腔混凝土冷却风机电机,由于该电机为堆腔混凝土冷却的重要设备,且位于机组运行期间为人员不可达区域,故一旦该电机出现缺陷和故障,将会影响机组的安全稳定运行,甚至导致停堆。从2009年~2019年,堆腔混凝土冷却风机电机共出现30次故障和缺陷,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。为了确保机组的安全稳定运行,工作人员对堆腔混凝土冷却风机电机的故障和缺陷进行了全面分析后,重新设计并改造了该电机。There are 8 reactor concrete Cooling Fan Motors(FM51~54) on the reactor surface of the CANDU nuclear power plant.The motor is a reactor concrete cooling SPV equipment,and is located in the position that people can’t reach when the reactor is in operation,so once the motor defects and faults,the plant will not be safe and stable and even lead to outage.From 2009 to 2019,a total of 30 faults and defects occurred in the concrete cooling fan motors.Seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the unit,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.After a comprehensive analysis about the reactor concrete cooling fan motor fault and defect,the staffs redesigned and modified the motor.
