摘  要:以某化工厂测量液位的联锁仪表为例,通过在艾默生DCS控制系统组态软件中搭建逻辑功能模块、编写语言表达式以及在操作画面上添加联锁切除、投用按钮的方法,对智能仪表在冬季伴热投用的情况下进行联锁逻辑优化,解决在冬季工况下,智能仪表因低温影响而无法正常工作导致联锁跳车的问题。通过此次联锁逻辑的优化,大大降低了智能仪表在冬季低温环境下误动作的可能性,提高了企业安全生产运行的稳定性,减少了企业不必要的经济损失。This article uses an interlocking instrument for measuring the liquid level in a chemical plant as an example.By setting up logic function modules,writing language expressions,and adding interlocking cut-off and commissioning buttons on the operation screen in Emerson DCS control system configuration software,When the smart meter is put into use in winter heat tracing,the interlocking logic is optimized to solve the problem that the smart meter cannot work normally due to the influence of low temperature under the winter conditions,causing the interlocking trip.Through the optimization of the interlocking logic,the possibility of misoperation of the smart meter in the low temperature environment in winter is greatly reduced,the stability of the safety production operation of the enterprise is improved,and the unnecessary economic loss of the enterprise is reduced.
