摘　　要：2019年党内法规制度建设全面推进,党内法规制度研究亦取得新的进展,呈现出研究主题多元化、研究方法多样化、实践导向鲜明化、学理研究深入化等特点。2019年党内法规制度研究中,围绕党内法规、党内法规体制机制、党内法规制度建设、党内法治四个主题的研究均取得了丰硕成果,今后党内法规制度研究要重视运用跨学科研究方法,提高党内法规制度研究选题质量,增强党内法规制度自信,加强党内法规学科建设研究。In 2019,the construction of intra-Party laws and regulations has been fully advanced,and new progress has been made in the research of intra-Party laws and regulations,showing the characteristics of diversified research topics,various research methods,sharpened practice orientation,and deepened academic research.This article reviews and analyzes the research of intra-Party laws and regulations in 2019,with the four aspects including intra-Party laws and regulations,intra-Party laws and regulations system and mechanism,intra-Party laws and regulations construction,and intra-Party rule of law.It is suggested that in future research,we should emphasis on the use of interdisciplinary research methods,improve the quality of research topics,enhance self-confidence in intra-Party laws and regulations,and promote research on discipline construction of intra-Party laws and regulations.
