摘　　要：水轮发电机运行摆度是水轮发电机稳定运行的重要考核指标,本文通过对运行摆度异常的分析,发现了接触式密封对运行摆度的影响。采取有效措施,降低了机组运行摆度。从而确保了机组稳定运行。并通过接触式密封对运行摆度影响所产生的现象,为以后运行摆度偏大的原因分析积累了宝贵经验。The operation swing of hydro-generator is an important assessment index for the stable operation of hydro-generator.Through the analysis of the abnormal operation swing,the influence of contact seal on the operation swing is found.Effective measures have been taken to reduce the unit operation swing.This ensures the stable operation of the unit.Through the phenomena of contact seal’s influence on operation swing,valuable experience has been accumulated for the analysis of the reasons for the larger operation swing in the future.
