基于仿真及需求导向的浦东新区可变车道规划

摘　　要：针对近年来城市比较突出的潮汐交通拥堵问题,通过对可变车道控制技术的详细概述,以上海市浦东新区作为具体研究区域,重点利用vissim仿真软件研究可变车道的设置条件和相关建设标准,结合《浦东新区综合交通体系建设"十三五"规划》,按照7类需求提出可变车道分级规划项目库,包含7个一级优先、7个二级优先及14个一般分级的潮汐式可变车道和12个交叉口导向可变车道,为浦东可变车道的实施提供指导性建议。In recent years,tidal traffic congestion in cities has been more acute.This paper mainly studies to divert such traffic problems by variable lane control technology.Taking Pudong New Area of Shanghai as the specific research area,this paper focus on using vissim to study the setting conditions of variable lanes and related construction standards.And combining with the requirements of the Pudong 13th Five-Year Development Plan,according to seven types of requirements,this paper propose a variable lane classification planning project library to provide guidance for the implementation of the Pudong variable lane,Including 7 first-class priority,7 second-class priority and 14 general graded tidal variable lanes and 12 intersections oriented variable lanes.
