摘 要:为降低或者避免土地高强度开发过程中带来的"出行难、停车难"问题,实现土地利用和城市交通的协调发展,需要在土地开发不同阶段通过政策引导,"规划、建设、管理"三位一体,多管齐下,制定交通应对策略。通过对土地高强度开发带来的交通问题剖析,以问题和目标为导向,最终提出建立公交导向的土地开发模式,完善土地开发过程中各阶段的交通影响评价制度,鼓励大型建筑配建公交首末站,倡导停车共享等策略,引导土地集约开发、资源共享、动静态交通协调发展。In order to reduce or avoid the problem of"difficult travel and difficult parking"caused by the high-intensity development of land,and to achieve the coordinated development of land use and urban transportation,it is necessary to formulate traffic countermeasures through policy guidance,"planning,construction and management"and multi-pronged approach at different stages of land development.Through the analysis of the traffic problems caused by high-intensity land development,taking the problem and the goal as the guide,finally put forward the establishment of public transportationoriented land development model,improving the traffic impact assessment system at all stages of land development,encouraging large-scale buildings to build bus terminal stations and advocating strategies such as parking and sharing,so as to guide the coordinated development of land intensive development,resource sharing and dynamic and static traffic.
