摘  要:针对光电倍增管难以检测到微弱光电信号的问题,以CR131光电倍增管为研究对象,设计了一种基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的微弱光电信号检测系统。系统以高性能、低功耗的STM32F103为主控制器,设有电源模块、微弱光检测模块、信号处理模块、通信模块和人机对话模块,经过硬件设计和编程调试之后,实现了利用光电倍增管检测微弱光电信号的功能。实验结果表明:设计的系统拓宽了光电信号的检测范围,能有效地降低噪声,提高微弱光电信号检测的信噪比。Aiming at the problem that weak photoelectric signal is difficult to be detected by photomultiplier tube(PMT),taking CR131 as the research object,a weak photoelectric signal detection system based on μC/OS-Ⅱ is designed. The system uses high-performance,low-power consumption STM32 F103 as the main controller,with power module,weak photoelectric signal detection module,signal processing module,communication module and human-computer interaction module. After hardware design and programming,the system implements the function of detecting weak photoelectric signals by using PMT. The experimental results show that the designed system broadens the detection range of photoelectric signal,and it can effectively reduce the noise and improve the signalto-noise ratio of weak photoelectric signal detection.
