摘　　要：交流发电机是组合传动发电机中的重要部件,为三级式无刷交流发电机,主要提供三相交流电能。在飞机上使用过程中,同台产品连续出现整流管损坏的故障现象。针对此类现象,本文从故障状况、整流管失效分析、定位故障、原因分析和故障排除五大方面进行阐述。The AC generator is an important unit of the Integrated Drive Generator, which is a three-stage brushless AC generator and mainly provides three-phase AC power. In the process of use on the aircraft, the same product continuous failure of rectifier tube damage phenomenon. Aiming at this kind of phenomenon, this paper elaborates from five aspects : fault condition, failure analysis of rectifier tube, locating fault, cause analysis and troubleshooting.
