摘　　要：浮标法测流是流量测验的一种重要形式,为进一步推广浮标测验方法,需研制出一种规格统一,夜间发光便于定位的浮标,为水文测验争取时间,为黄河水文资料掌握第一手宝贵资料提供保证。Buoy flow measurement is an important form of flow measurement.In order to further promote the buoy measurement method, it is necessary to develop a buoy with uniform specifications and easy to locate at night, so as to buy time for hydrological measurement and provide guarantee for mastering the first-hand precious data of the Yellow River hydrological data.
