摘　　要：对Span-80乳化剂一步法和二步法合成工艺进行探讨,并对2种合成工艺制成的Span-80产品对乳化炸药稳定性的影响进行了分析。结果表明:使用二步法生产的Span-80产品,能明显提高乳化炸药的储存稳定性,更适用于乳化炸药的生产,并确定出适用于乳化炸药二步法生产Span-80的性能指标。This article discusses the one-step and two-step synthetic processes of Span-80 emulsifier,and analyzes the influence of Span-80 products made by two synthetic processes on the stability of emulsion explosives.The result shows that the Span-80 products made by two-step can significantly improve the storage stability of emulsified explosives,and are more suitable for the production of emulsion explosives.Moreover,the performance index Span-80 emulsifier which is suitable for two-step production of emulsion explosives is determined.
