摘  要:针对工业炸药现场混装车作业区域偏远、作业过程缺乏有效监管的问题,研究并设计了一种基于5G网络的动态监控信息系统。系统综合运用5G网络通信技术、GPS定位技术将现场混装车的生产数据和作业地理位置信息实时采集、存储,并定时发送给民爆行业信息综合管理平台,同时,系统还能采集、存储现场作业视频图像,方便日后查阅分析。实际应用表明:系统能有效地监管现场混装车的生产作业,对促进现场混装炸药的安全生产有着重要的意义。In view of the problems that the working places are usually far and there is no effective supervision on the operation process of industrial explosive on-site mixed loading truck,a dynamic monitoring information system based on 5 G network is designed.The system comprehensively uses 5 G network communication technology and GPS positioning technology to collect and store the production data and operation geographic location information of the on-site mixed loading vehicle in real time.And it regularly sends them to the civil explosive industry information management platform.At the same time,the system can also collect and store the operation video images on site,which is convenient for reference and analysis in future.The practical application shows that the system can effectively supervise the operation of on-site mixed loading vehicles,and it is of great significance to promote the operation safety of on-site mixed loading explosives.
