摘  要:目的研究三维CT影像技术在颌面部骨折患者中所发挥的作用。方法随机抽取2016年3月至2018年3月间收治的68例颌面部骨折患者,所有患者实施X线片检查和三维CT影像扫描,对比在两种不同检查方法检查后患者骨折部位及骨折段的转移方式及其范围,为后期手术提供有用参照。结果对比两种检查方法下颌面部骨折正确检出率,三维CT的检出率明显较X线片高(P<0.05)。68例患者中,有59例患者接受手术治疗,9例患者因骨折咬合关系比较好,面部塌陷和移位不明显而未接受手术治疗。结论在三维CT影像技术的应用下进行颌面部骨折治疗,可做好事先诊断,选择合适的治疗方法,有着较高参照价值,对促进治疗及改善预后等作用显著,值得普及。Objective To study the role of three-dimensional CT imaging in patients with maxillofacial fractures.Methods A total of 68 patients with maxillofacial fractures who were admitted between March 2016 and March 2018 were enrolled.All patients underwent X-ray examination and three-dimensional CT imaging.The fractures and fractures of the patients were compared after two different examination methods.The mode of transfer and its scope provide a useful reference for postoperative surgery.Results The correct detection rate of mandibular fractures was compared between the two methods.The detection rate of three-dimensional CT was significantly higher than that of X-ray films(P< 0.05).Of the 68 patients,59 patients underwent surgery,9 patients had better fracture occlusion,and the face collapsed and displaced was not obvious without surgery.Conclusion The treatment of maxillofacial fractures under the application of three-dimensional CT imaging technology can make a prior diagnosis and choose a suitable treatment method.It has a high reference value and has a significant effect on promoting treatment and improving prognosis.It is worthy of popularization.
