摘  要:目的探究人工瓣膜置换术治疗重症心脏瓣膜病的效果,为其日后治疗提供可参考依据。方法以我院2017年1至12月接诊的83例重症心脏瓣膜病患者为观察对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41例)、研究组(42例),其中对照组给予常规内科治疗,而研究组则给予人工瓣膜置换术治疗,对两组治疗效果予以分析比较。结果治疗后,研究组窦性心律恢复率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访12个月,复查彩超,发现研究组左心射血分数、肺动脉收缩压改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工瓣膜置换术利于重症心脏瓣膜病患者心率及心功能的恢复,效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of prosthetic valve replacement in the treatment of severe valvular heart disease,and provide reference for its future treatment.Methods Eighty-three patients with severe valvular heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group with 41 cases and the study group with 42 cases.The control group was given conventional medical treatment,while the study group was treated with prosthetic valve replacement.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the recovery rate of sinus rhythm in the study group(95.24%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the color Doppler ultrasound was reviewed.The improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction and pulmonary systolic blood pressure in the study group was better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Prosthetic valve replacement is beneficial to the recovery of heart rate and cardiac function in patients with severe valvular heart disease.
