精细化护理服务对颈肩腰痛患者临床症状、健康知识认知及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在颈肩腰痛患者中应用精细化护理服务对其临床症状、健康知识认知和生活质量的影响。方法将100例颈肩腰痛患者以随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规的护理措施,研究组在常规护理基础上应用精细化护理服务,对比护理前后的症状改善情况、健康知识认知,并对比两组护理后的生活质量。结果护理后两组的长海痛尺评分、机体活动能力评分均降低(P<0.05),健康知识问卷评分均提高(P<0.05),研究组的长海痛尺评分、机体活动能力评分低于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后的生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)量表中生理、心理、社会关系和环境四个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在颈肩腰痛患者中应用精细化护理服务对于改善临床症状,提高患者的健康认知水平和生活质量有显著的作用。Objective To analyze the effects of refined nursing services on clinical symptoms,health knowledge and quality of life in patients with neck and shoulder pain.Methods 100 patients with neck and shoulder pain were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing measures.The research group applied refined nursing services on the basis of routine nursing,compared the symptoms improvement and health knowledge before and after nursing,and compared the quality of life after the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of Changhai pain scale and body activity were decreased(P< 0.05),and the scores of health knowledge questionnaires were increased(P< 0.05).The long-haze score and the activity ability score of the study group were lower than the control group(P< 0.05),the health knowledge questionnaire score was higher than the control group(P< 0.05).The scores of the physical,psychological,social,and environmental dimensions of the study group’s quality of life measurement scale(QOL-BREF) were higher than those of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing services in patients with neck and shoulder pain has a significant effect on improving clinical symptoms and improving patients’ health awareness and quality of life.
