复方黄柏液涂剂药理作用及其儿科的临床应用

摘　　要：复方黄柏液涂剂是山东汉方制药有限公司独家产品,其处方来源于中医外科主任医师谢景龙先生三十多年中医外科临床经验方,按照中医君、臣、佐、使理论组方配伍精心研制,是唯一一个中医外科抗感染药物,中国药典2015年版收载的唯一中药涂剂产品,其药味组成为黄柏、金银花、连翘、蒲公英、蜈蚣等五味,现代医学证明复方黄柏液涂剂在抗菌、抗炎、促伤口愈合、抗感染等方面具有良好的效果,同时在增强非特异性免疫力等方面具有良好的作用。这使得该药品在儿科用药十分广泛,本文对其相关的药理作用及其临床应用做以综述。Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating Agent is the exclusive product of Shandong Hanfang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.The prescription is from the clinical experience of TCM Dr.Xie Jinglong,Chief Physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine,for more than 30 years.It is carefully developed according to the compatibility of Chinese medicine monarch,minister,zuo,and theory.It is the only anti-infective drug for traditional Chinese medicine surgery.The only traditional Chinese medicine coating product contained in the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia is composed of yellow peony,honeysuckle,forsythia,dandelion,and centipede.Modern medicine proves that compound cedar liquid coating agent is antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,wound healing,and anti-infection.Other aspects have a good effect,and at the same time have a good effect in enhancing non-specific immunity.This makes the drug widely used in pediatrics.This article reviews its related pharmacological effects and its clinical application.
