摘 要:苦卤是富含镁盐、钠盐及少量钾盐的复杂水盐体系,为了提高镁盐产品价值并有效分离钠盐和钾盐,提出苦卤与碳酸钠或碳酸钠和氢氧化钠混合碱反应制备碱式碳酸镁,然后再分离剩余各盐的工艺。苦卤与碳酸钠和氢氧化钠混合液反应合成碱式碳酸镁的适宜条件为:Mg^2+:CO3^2-:OH^-摩尔比为5:4.8:2,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2.5h。此时,镁离子和碳酸根离子的转化率分别为100%和90%,得到直径为10~30μm的碱式碳酸镁球状产品。苦卤制备碱式碳酸镁后,剩余母液可依据K^+,Na^+//Cl^-,SO4^2--H2O体系和KCl-Na2CO3-H2O体系相图将其中钠盐及钾盐分离。Bittern is a complex water salt system containing a large amount of magnesium and sodium salts,and a small amount of potassium salts.In order to improve the value of magnesium salt products and effectively separate sodium and potassium salts in bittern,basic magnesium carbonate was prepared by reaction of bittern with sodium carbonate or sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide,and then the remaining salts were separated.The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:Mg^2+:CO3^2-:OH^-=5:4:8:2,reaction temperature=60℃and reaction time=2.5 h.The conversion of magnesium ion and carbonate ion were 100%and 91%,respectively,and the basic magnesium carbonate was spherical with diameter of 10~30μm.After the preparation of basic magnesium carbonate from bittern.The remaining mother liquor can be separated from sodium salt and potassium salt according to the phase diagrams of K^+,Na^+//Cl^-,SO4^2--H2O system and KCl-NaCl-H2O system.
