摘  要:将空气动力学的理论和场论用于分析、量化气固下行床内颗粒浓度不均匀分布。通过理论分析,结合文献中所给出实验数据,获得了下行床内Kutta-Joukowski横向力的表达式FK-J=-ρg(νp-νg)(əp/ər)r,并给出了Kutta-Joukowski横向力在下行床内的分布;分析了操作条件对Kutta-Joukowski横向力分布特性的影响。结果表明,局部Kutta-Joukowski横向力是下行床内颗粒浓度沿径向分布不均匀的主要原因,其作用方向由低密度区指向高密度区。根据分析结果,给出了下行床内FK-J的经验关联式。Theory of aerodynamics and field theory were used to analyze and quantify uneven distribution of particle concentration in a gas-solid downer.Based on theoretical analysis and experimental data in the literature,an expression FK-J=-ρg(νp-νg)(əp/ər)r of Kutta-Joukowski transverse force in the downer was obtained and the distribution of Kutta-Joukowski transverse force in the downer was calculated.Effects of operating conditions on the transverse force distribution characteristics of Kutta-Joukowski were analyzed.The results show that the transverse force of local Kutta-Joukowski is the main reason for the uneven radial distribution of particle concentration in the downer.The direction of action is from low density zone towards high density zone.Empirical correlation of FK-J in the downer was established based on the analytical results.
