摘  要:目的:研制一款照度可调的无源化高压氧舱用光纤直射式手术无影灯,以解决现有手术无影灯无法在高压氧舱内使用的问题。方法:采用冷光源作为光输入源器件,光纤传光束作为传光器件,光纤束输入端与光源耦合,输出端与光学镜筒组件耦合,并输出符合要求的照射光斑。将光源作为系统唯一有源器件,安装于高压氧舱舱外,做到完全的舱内电源隔离。结果:光源通过光纤束引入高压氧舱内,传光束出光部位与灯罩内的光学组件耦合后,输出符合应用要求的光斑。结论:照度可调的无源化高压氧舱用光纤直射式手术无影灯照明系统,可无源触发并调节光源发光亮度,进而解决了现有手术无影灯无法在高压氧舱内使用的问题。Objective:To develop a surgical shadowless lamp with fiber-optic direct-emitting which illumination could be adjusted in hyperbaric oxygen chamber without external power and light source so as to solve the problem that the existing surgical shadowless lamp cannot be used in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.Methods:A cold light source was used as the device of light input source,and an optical fiber bundle was used as the device of light transmission.And the input end of the optical fiber bundle was coupled with the light source,and the output end was coupled with the optical lens barrel assembly,and the outputs met the requirements of light spot of illumination.The light source was used as the only device with source in the system,and it was installed outside the chamber of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber to achieve complete power isolation with the power inside chamber.Results:The light source was introduced into the hyperbaric oxygen chamber through the fiber optic bundle.After the light emitting portion of the fiber bundle was coupled with the optical components in the lampshade,the light spot that met the application requirements was output.Conclusion:The illuminating system of surgical shadowless lamp with fiber-optic direct-emitting which illumination could be adjusted in hyperbaric oxygen chamber without external power and light source can passively trigger and adjust the illuminance of light source,thereby can solve the problem that the existing surgical shadowless lamp cannot be used in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
