摘 要:目的:研制一种可用于野战卫生装备的移动式气源,用于增进目前机动卫勤分队野战装备的气体动力供应模式,以达到安全、经济和可长时间使用的目的。方法:以气动式心肺复苏器为例,分别使用改装后的移动式气源方式供气和使用设备自带气瓶的方式供气,对设备运行结果进行比较。结果:移动式气源的驱动压力、电源负荷和噪声水平等数据均可以满足野战环境下的设备需求,移动气源功率为740 W左右,环境本底噪声为41 dB的条件下最大噪音约为72 dB,且与传统气瓶气动方式相比更加安全、经济,且能够持续工作。结论:研制的移动式气源解决了以往野战环境下气源供应不足的问题,能够满足当前机动卫勤分队野战装备的气体动力需求。Objective:To develop a mobile air source that could be applied to field medical equipment for improving the supply mode of air power of the field equipment of the mobile medical service squad so as to achieve the goals of safe,economic and long-term use.Methods:Taking the pneumatic cardiopulmonary resuscitator with air power as an example,the mode of modified mobile air source and the mode of device with own gas cylinder were used respectively.The results of equipment operation were compared.Results:The data of driving pressure,power load and noise level of the new mobile air source could meet the demands of equipment in the field environment,and the power of the new mobile air source is around 740 W,and the maximum noise is about 72 dB when the background noise of environment was 41 dB.Compared with the traditional pneumatic way with gas cylinder,this new mobile air source is safer and more economic,and it could work continuously.Conclusion:The developed mobile air source solves the problem that the supply of air source is insufficient in the field environment and it can meet the aerodynamic demand of field equipment of the mobile medical service detachment.
