摘　　要：目的:解析健康等级7(HL7)标准协议,以实用智能硬件BeagleBoneBlack(BB-Black)为核心,设计区域内不同医疗设备之间信息交互方法及信息整合方案。方法:基于HL7标准协议及对其解析,使用BB-Black为核心搭建硬件实验平台,直挂无线模块ZigBee组网的无线通信网络节点,采集不同医疗设备串行接口HL7比特流数据,通过解析获取区域设备运行参数,进行单机及区域多设备数据整合应用的验证测试。结果:通过测试,医学工程人员可通过PC或手机终端实现区域内医疗设备远程监控以及设备运行参数提取功能,并可实现不同品牌和不同型号的设备之间的数据交互及线上管理功能。结论:针对不同设备串口HL7比特流数据的采集及解析,可获取设备运行的关键数据,对于区域医疗设备信息化建设具有一定的研究意义。Objective:To explore and analyze the HL7 standard protocol,and to design interactive method and integration scheme of information among different medical equipment in regions by usinge practical smart hardware BeagleBone Black(BB-Black)as the core.Methods:It used BeagleBone Black as the core to build a hardware experiment platform on the basis of HL7 standard protocol and analysis process for it,and to directly connect with the nodes of wireless communication network with networking by ZigBee wireless module,and to collect HL7 bit stream data of serial port of different medical devices.The operating parameters of the regional device were obtained,and verification tests for data integration application of single machine and regional multi-device were implemented through analyses.Results:The test results showed that the medical staff could realize remote monitoring of medical equipment and extraction function of equipment operation parameter in the region through personal computer(PC)or mobile phone terminal.And it also could realize data interaction and online management functions between different brands and different types of equipment.Conclusion:The collection and analysis of the serial port HL7 bit stream data of different devices can obtain the key data of equipment operation,and have certain research significance for the regional information construction of medical equipment.
