摘  要:目的:基于数据挖掘(DM)的医疗器械分销管理模式再优化,建立分仓备货量计算模型,完善医疗器械分销管理模式。方法:选取某医疗器械公司医疗器械分销管理数据为研究资料,基于DM技术对其医疗器械分销管理模式现状进行分析,建立分仓备货量计算模型,提取其近5年交易记录和近1年交易记录,依据5年交易记录获得该区域常用度数范围和该区域月平均交易数量(不分度数),依据1年交易记录获取当前分仓的补货频率,计算最佳备货量,多个分仓或多个型号则需重复计算。结果:基于分仓备货量计算模型计算的屈光型、非球面型、多焦点型和蓝光滤过型4种人工晶体最佳备货量实施后,4种人工晶体的紧急送货次数2018年8月与2017年8月同比下降38.89%~82.35%,2018年8月与2018年7月环比减少42.10%~75.00%;合计紧急送货次数同比减少63.61%、环比减少50.00%。结论:基于DM技术医疗器械分销管理模式再优化构建的分仓备货量计算模型计算最佳备货量,可行性强,能有效减少紧急送货次数,降低物流运输成本。Objective:To study the re-optimization of distribution management mode of medical device based on data mining(DM),and to build a calculation model for the inventory of branch warehouses and improve the distribution management mode of medical device.Methods:The data of distribution management of medical devices of a medical device company were selected.The current status of distribution management mode of medical device of this company was analyzed based on DM technique.The intraocular lens model with a certain degree in one of branch warehouses of the company was taken as an example to construct a calculation model of the inventory of branch warehouse.The transaction records of recent 5 years and 1 year were collected,respectively.Depended on the records of recent 5 years to obtain the normal degree range and average transaction volume of every month in this region(without considering degrees).And the replenishment frequency of the current branch ware house was obtained according to the 1-year transaction records.And then,the optimal inventory was calculated(The repetitive calculation was performed if there were multiple branch warehouses or multiple type of mode).Results:The calculated optimal inventories of 4 types of intraocular lens included refractive type,aspheric surface type,multi-focal type and blue-light filtering type based on the inventory of branch warehouse were implemented,the times of emergent delivery of 4 types of intraocular lens year-on-year decreased 38.89%-82.35%between August 2018 and August 2017,and that month-on-month reduced 42.10%-75.00%between August 2018 and July 2018.The total of the times of emergent delivery year-on-year reduced 63.61%,and that month-on-month reduced 50.00%.Conclusion:The constructed calculation model of inventory of branch warehouse on the basis of re-optimization of distribution management mode of medical device based on DM technique has better feasibility in calculating optimal inventory,and it can effectively reduce the times of emergent delivery and decrease t
