摘　　要：目的:在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下结合儿童医院的特点建立应急保障机制,最大程度保障防疫物资供应。方法:执行国家疫情防控政策,采取防疫物资精细化管理措施,及时优化服务流程,加强人员培训;采用防护用品领用专人审批、专人保管和分配到岗的管理方法,并建立防疫物资使用科室每日消耗报表统计制度。结果:应急保障机制的建立,使合理、有效地对医院防护物资进行补充和发放,为临床一线医务人员在COVID-19疫情之下提供了安全有效的防疫物资保障。结论:建立疫情预警机制,形成应急管理及人员培训长效机制,并加强监管,可有效应对突发疫情。Objective:To establish emergency logistics mechanism that combined with the characteristics of child hospital under the pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)so as to ensure the supply of anti-epidemic materials at the largest degree.Methods:A series of methods,included implemented the national policies of prevention and control of pandemic,and adopted delicacy management measures for anti-epidemic materials,and optimized service process in time,and strengthened personnel training,and adopted management methods of protective consumables such as specially-assigned person approval for applying and usage,specially-assigned person custody and allocation at each position,and established repost form statistics system of daily consumption of department that used anti-epidemic materials,were implemented.Results:The establishment of the emergency logistics mechanism ensured reasonable and effective supplement and distribution of protective materials of hospital,and provided a safe and effective logistics of anti-epidemic material for medical personnel at clinical first-line under the pandemic of COVID-19.Conclusion:The established early warning mechanism of pandemic,and the formed long-term mechanism of emergency management and personnel training,and the strengthened supervision can effectively cope with the break out pandemic.
