摘　　要：目的:分析血液透析机电源故障案例,提高医疗设备元器件级的维修能力。方法:对4008B型血液透析机电源结构和电源模块故障进行分析,逐步排查故障点。结果:经对电源电路板分析排查,确定故障为开关电源管理芯片TOP246YN芯片损坏,更换同型号元器件后故障排除。结论:在医疗设备维修中,积极尝试拆机检修,逐级分析判断,结合资料查询,可开展元器件级的维修。Objective:To analyze the case of power supply failure of hemodialysis machine so as to improve the maintenance ability for the component level of medical equipment.Methods:The structure and the module fault of the power supply of Fresenius 4008 B hemodialysis machine were analyzed and the failure point was checked step by step.Results:Through analysis and troubleshooting of the power supply circuit board,the failure was confirmed to be the damage of one TOP246 YN chip,which is a management chip of switching power.The fault was removed after the failure component was replaced by the same type of component.Conclusion:In medical equipment maintenance,hospital should positively try to implement disassemble maintenance,gradual analysis and judgment and inquiry with data.And the component-level maintenance should be carried out.
